Project Life Tuesday

It’s Tuesday! You know what that means! Project Life time! :-D Yay!

I’m happy to share some pages with you today – actually you get a double dose from me today because if you head on over HERE to the Simon Stamps Blog, you’ll see some pages that I did for them!

Here are some other pages that I finished recently that I thought I’d share!

 Please excuse the horrible photos/lighting. It was a super cloudy and rainy out, but I wanted to get these photos taken so I could have this up this morning. :)

Here’s the left side. On this side I used DESIGN A (like I normally do for my pages). I included some photos of some pool fun that was had outside, a photo of a sweet little card that Caylin wrote to Jack, a couple other photos with a journaling card and I used a sweet “handwriting” card from the Childhood Mini Kit – Mayfield Edition. I thought that here and there I would sporadically just include some of those super cute cards here and there to spotlight some things about Caylin. I’ll do that for the other kids as they get older, too. :) I love seeing her little handwriting.

I also included a couple of inserts this week. The above is the front of a DESIGN J insert. I love this insert because it allows for 4×4 photos down the right side and then you can include the 3×4 cards next to them to journal about them. I used some cards from the BLUSH edition, Studio Calico Project Life kit and a flair button from Kelly Purkey at www.simonsaysstamp.com.

I also included an 8.5×11 page protector this week and in the front of it I slipped in the little drawing that Jack did for me (you can see it on the front of the insert in the photo of him holding it. ;) I put the date on it and a little “J” initial sticker.

 On the backside of that 8.5×11 page protector is this little 100 chart from my daughter’s 1st grade school year. I just thought it would be neat to see her handwriting evolve and also her write 1-100. :)

Here’s the right side of my week’s layout. Of course I added photos, a “RIGHT NOW” journaling card some goodies from BLUSH and two Studio Calico PL kit cards.
