Happy Birthday, Jack!

I know it’s said so much, especially by Mamas, but really – where does the time go? I never thought I would be a Mama to a boy, but I am so thankful that God had different plans for me. I can truly say (after coming from a family of ALL girls) that having a boy is SO much fun and I am so thankful to have a son. He lights up my life so much!

Sweet Jack, boy have you brought so much adventure, silliness and joy to our lives. Your big blue eyes and that sweet smile of yours makes me melt. It feels like you’ve been in our lives forever – things just wouldn’t be the same without you. You love your big sis, Caylin. She is so protective of you, watching you and playing with you. SHE makes you laugh and smile the biggest. Always be the best of friends, ok? You love Daddy snuggle time. Every day you grow to look more and more like your Daddy. What a lucky little guy you are. ;) You always have been a Mama’s boy and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I have loved watching you grow and having you right by my side the past 12 months. I know you are going to continue to grow into a good, kind-hearted, strong man and I am looking forward to the many more birthdays ahead. Love you, sweet boy. :)
