Happy Art

Hi everyone!
I hope you all are having a great week!
Awhile back I shared some awesome scrapbook products with you
that were created by one of my favorite artists – Jill McDonald. Remember
those? Well, I also told you that I bought multiple sheets of her paper so that
I could frame a few pieces – they make me THAT happy to look at.

I finally got around to painting a black frame I had and framing one of her
beautiful pieces. Here’s the end result:

I love how an inexpensive piece of beautiful patterned paper and an old frame can make me so happy when I look at it and it really fits in perfectly with my room. :) I have to get another frame and pick another piece of patterned paper to go in it for the other side of the wall so it matches up, but for now this frame and beautiful artwork makes me smile. :)

Thank you Jill for making my studio an even happier place to be!

I think it looks great. I’ve thought about framing some favorite pieces of patterned paper before too. That paper would go perfectly in my daughter’s new room (colors, decor, etc). TFS
