Week in the Life: Sunday | Photos + Stories

SUN-graphic

Hi friends!

It’s Monday already! Hope you are having a good one so far! I have to say that I have LOVED the week-long WITL documentation that I did last week, but today I was DRAGGING and so I was super thankful to NOT have to do that kind of documentation today! Ha!

Here are my photographs + stories from yesterday:

SUN1

8:32 am | Luke’s breakfast a granola bar, a banana (he already ate) and some ice cold water.

SUN2

8:40 am | Making my breakfast – Shakeology, of course. I add banana and avocado in mine.

SUN3

9:04 am | Michael was working on putting new plugs on some extension cords that he has.

SUN4

11:08 am | Catching up on his superhero reading. SUN5

2:00 pm | Editing some photos to get the Saturday Week in the Life recap up on my blog. Listening to Nichole Nordeman while I get some work done on my computer.

mow

2:30 pm | Hubby’s out mowing the grass.

SUN6

3:02 pm | They were looking out the window at Michael mowing the grass and so I said, “Y’all sit together and smile” and this is what I got. So glad I said that.

SUN7

3:27 pm | Caylin was writing her pen pal Austin a letter. He’s got Type 1 diabetes, too and she’s super excited he loves Pokemon, too. ;)

SUN8

4:07 pm | We found what we think is a bird egg. It wasn’t anywhere near a tree – just behind a bush. The kids loved it, examined it a bit and then we put it back.

SUN9

4:21 pm | Backyard shenanigans.SUN10

5:22 pm | Spent the last 30 minutes looking for a Lego dude’s hair in the backyard. That’s 30 minutes I’ll never get back and nope, didn’t find it.

SUN11

6:35 pm | Maggie is so silly. She loves to get cozy on piles of dirty clothes.

SUN12

8:10 pm | Time for a new try. Over a third of the way there!

SUN13

8:23 pm | Blow drying Caylin’s hair before bed. SUN14

8:34 pm | Jack was pretending to have a mustache by using his comb! ;)

SUN15

9:22 pm | Spent some time printing out more photos for my Week in the Life album and feeling super grateful for the photos + stories that I captured.

Well, there you have it, friends. The past 7 days documented in photos + stories. I loved it. Now, I am glad to have a break now (until next year, hahahaha), but I would do it again in a heartbeat and I’m totally going to commit to doing this once a year. I’m a big documenter at heart and this project is an investment, but worth it.

I can’t wait to have some free time to finish up my album and see it all come together.

Super excited and grateful! Thanks for following along with me this past week! I’ll be sure to do some posts very soon as I finish up each day in my album. I’ll also put the entire WITL 2016 series in my sidebar once it’s done, too so it’ll all be organized and in one spot.

Hope you all are having a great Monday! XO!
