Sharing a layout

Happy  Wednesday!

Today I’m sharing more information and photos about a scrapbook layout that I created using the February OHDEERME embellishment kit from Freckled Fawn. This kit is my absolute favorite so far and trust me – you will NOT be disappointed with these kits!

Every now and then I make a scrapbook layout to insert into my Project Life album. It feels good to do a traditional scrapbook page every now and then, but honestly I don’t miss it and am glad to be memory keeping the Project Life way the past few years.

With that said though, every now and then I like to whip up a simple layout and these February goodies in the kit just called out to me to use on a layout so I did!

I wanted to create a bright, happy layout of the photo and memory of the gift that Caylin gave to me this past Christmas.

That little “love” flair button is ADORABLE.

I often times like to try to come up with new ways to use my Project Life cards since I have so many and a good amount comes in each kit. So for above, what I did is I took a card from the Kiwi Edition and I just sliced the top off and then used it to stamp the date on. It looks like a cute label, don’t ya think?

Love the scatter of stamped hearts and chipboard hearts!

The polka-dotted green circle is also a Project Life card from the Kiwi Edition that I just die cut a circle from and then placed half of it below the cardstock. :)

There you have it. A super simple layout using some Project Life cards and some super cute goodies from the February OHDEERME embellishment kit from Freckled Fawn.

XOXO!
