11 In Happiness

It’s Friday!

Hi sweet blog readers!
I hope your week has been great! I know I’m ready for the weekend! How about you? I bet I’m not alone! Ha! Just wanted to remind you all that TODAY is the last day to get $10 off the price of a predesigned blog package from Blog Designs by Two Happy Mamas! Get your orders in now! If you’re on the fence and wondering if you should do it now – I say go for it! Not sure when I’ll have another sale like this and it’s getting closer to my maternity leave and the blog store will go on a bit of a hiatus for a bit! Act now! Ha! :-D

Also, I’ve been on a card making trip lately which is a GOOD thing. I LOVE making cards and I LOVE stamping and so I have a few cards to share with you. First of all, I have a new love. That new love is … wait for it … COPIC MARKERS. Yes, I’m sure I’m late to the copic marker party, but can I just say that what turned into a purchase of one copic marker has somehow produced a total of now 10 copic markers – well 9 and then the blender pen. ;) I am SO new to these markers and really have no idea what I’m doing when I use them, but I don’t care. Ha! They are fun to use, work wonderfully and yep – are addictive. So watch out. I had seen so many beautiful creations using them by sweet friends of mine like Jennifer, Nichol, Jill and Donna and well – I finally took the leap and purchased one with my best friend, Nichole. Needless to say we’re both hooked.

Here are the colors I have so far:

And what could be better than using some of my favorite things – kraft cardstock, Hero Arts, Lawn Fawn, Copic markers and little scraps of happiness from some of my favorite companies, like American Crafts creating cards? Not much, I tell ya. :-D Here’s what I’ve created the past couple of days… (please excuse the not so great photos) …

I’ve got some clear glitter stickles on the typewriter keys, but it’s so hard to see in this photograph. Trust me though, it gives it a cute touch. Literally! ;)

You can find the stamps I used here:

Hero Arts goodies: Kraft notecards, Cloud Stamp, All Occasion Messages,
and Shadow Hue ink in Pool
Lawn Fawn goodies: Bake Me a Cake, Just My Type, Harold ABC’s

Well, that’s all I’ve got for today. I hope you have a blessed day today! Thanks for stopping by and if you haven’t clicked and followed my blog yet – you need to! I’m only 51 folks short of 400 and that’s when I’ll draw a name out of all of my followers for a sweet little package from me! Have a great weekend! Hugs!
